AL-AWAN IP PBX BOX

AL-AWAN-TEL PBX BOX offers advanced functionality that can be either used in a stand-alone mode or easily integrated with traditional/legacy PBX systems and telephony. The server supports the traditional call-on-hold, call-transfer, call-wait caller id/name, caller-id for call-park, private conference, call pickup, and music on hold, as well as many advanced features such as follow-me service, session recording, call-screening and others.

PSTN and VoIP Phone Support

AL-AWAN-TEL solution supports both VoIP and PSTN connections for reliable and redundant routing options. Service providers can choose between utilizing their existing infrastructure and expanding into internet LAN or Wireless networking to increase their product offerings. The VoIP/PSTN functionally also offers an elegant solution for handling peak loads by using VoIP for off peak and dual VoIP/PSTN routing to meet peak demand or vice versa.

Inbound and Outbound Call Support via DID

AL-AWAN-TEL solution supports full service offerings where subscribers can be reached via IP or PSTN and have their own private and universally routable number. The system also supports complete and global number portability to allow subscriber to retain their phone number even while moving or traveling.

Call Transfer, Call Pickup, Call on Hold, DND, Call Park, and Conference Call Functionality

AL-AWAN-TEL IP PBX supports advanced features to allow flexible call processing and routing Call can be easily diverted, placed on a queue, placed on hold, or simply dropped based on the subscriber preferences. Call can be parked by one PBX subscriber and picked-up or transferred to another. They can be placed on hold in a queue or joined into a conference call. Do not disturb function with call routing to voicemail or alternative phone number (including external number) is also included. The Box fully supports IP of PSTN calls.

Supports Dial Group Hunt Functionally

AL-AWAN-TEL IP PBX allows advanced call processing for ascending, descending, rotational, sequential and parallel dial group hunting. The administrator can define multiple endpoints or/and PBX extensions that participate in a dial group and enable hunting to them as a group Both IP and PSTN endpoints and extensions are supported making this system unique in the industry.

Auto Attendant / IVR Sever

AL-AWAN-TEL IP PBX supports advanced Auto Attendant menu management system to allow multi-tree interactive voice response system for all PBX subscriber.

The Auto Attendant is fully programmable and support a large variety of system Action types to allow most flexible selection handling. The voice menu files are fully customizable and can be stored either locally or remotely. The system supports both IP and PSTN callers.

Call over IP and PSTN lines

AL-AWAN-TEL PBX BOX allows integrated support for call processing and call handling over IP and PSTN. Both types of subscribers are provided with specialized service to allow them to navigate and manage the PBX system in a user friendly format. The system fully supports all types of call handling including call transfer, call On Hold, etc, for VoIP calls.
