This proposal describes the VSAT services offered by AL-AWAN, to fully support new and upcoming requirements for 2 Way Internet & Data Communications.

Al-Awan Limited CO. will utilize its established state of the art Teleport facility with direct broadband VSAT connectivity. The connectivity is via own extensive Teleport infrastructure. All services will be supported by Al-Awan Limited Co. 24 hours Network Operation Center (NOC) and online help desk facilities based at the Teleport and in Al-Awan Limited Co. offices in Kuwait and Iraq (Baghdad & Basra Branches).

Services will be delivered using the height Power K—Band satellite capacity. This satellite offers high power and extensive coverage, with a service availability of 99.5%.
